The customer called and stated the following on our initial phone call:

"I have a stain on my ceiling and I think I have a roof leak"

Actual Repairs Done:

-Remove old plumbing boot
-Tear out shingles around plumbing pipe penetration
-Tear out underlayment down to the deck
-replace damaged plywood in the exposed area
-Install Ice and Water Shield Self-adhering leak barrier (keeps water out at vulnerable areas
with split-back release & self-seal around nails)
-Install New Shingles (will match as closely as possible, keep in mind that new shingles installed next to older shingles may show some difference in appearance due to age)
-Install new plumbing boot
-Seal union of plumbing boot and plumbing pipe with NP-1 Polyurethane Sealant
