-Remove approximately 16sq ft of shingles to expose the deck
-replace rotten plywood found in the exposed area to create a smooth hard deck surface
-Install ice and water shield underlayment to the exposed deck
-Install shingles to match the existing roof as closely as possible
Fascia Wrap Repair
-Remove and replace a fascia board
-Rehang and slope gutter
-Paint fascia to match existing as close as possible
